How heavy of a bike can it lift?

The stand can lift up to 95 lbs(43kg). Most e-bikes weigh less than 75lbs. If you wish to lift a heavier bike, take off the battery to reduce the weight of the bike as much as possible.

The Pro 36 Model measures 95” from floor to the top of the stand and will fit in rooms with a standard ceiling height of 96”.  The Pro 34 Model measures 91” from floor to the top of the stand  and is built for ceilings that are below normal height.

On the Pro 36 model, the clamp will go as low as 28” and as high as 73½ ”.
On the Pro 34 model, the clamp will go as low as 26” and as high as 69.5”.

This is a release mechanism to protect the bike frame when lowering the bike to the ground (prevents the stand from forcing the bike into the ground) and also protect the user from the stand tipping. When you lower the bike and the wheels touch the ground, the actuator will continue to lower without putting pressure on the frame of the bike.

Yes you can! This feature allows users to operate the stand without a wall outlet. You can either use a 12v power supply such as a lithium battery or even plug it to your trailer plug on your vehicle

Yes. There is a fuse cover under the power supply.  It takes regular 10A blade fuses.

Yes. It is an oxidation layer that forms and does not affect the performance of the stand; it simply means that you are using the stand a lot.
The body that holds the clamp has frictionless Igus slides that will last years of use.

Take 320 grit sandpaper and give it a light sand, avoiding getting dust between the body and the vertical tube. Clean with alcohol afterwards.

This was kept as raw metal to keep costs down and avoid having to look at peeling paint from chemicals that might contact it such as brake fluid. Some bicycle mechanics paint their stand white which helps them adjust brake pads on disc brakes.
There is an option to plug into the power bar which then allows for a ceiling plug in. You will need to run power to your ceiling. You can also run an extension cord on the ground and plug it in down low.
No. The bike will stay where you left it and will not creep down.
